The Platinum Weight Loss Coaching Package provides the complete solution with helping you to lose weight.
The Platinum coaching package comprises of three core parts: each one is complimentary and fundamental to your weight-loss success.


Month One

Module One – Getting Started:

As the title implies, this is where we get started and get focused on you and your weight loss! This first module, delivered in month one, consists of 3 core sessions:

1) Briefing & Introductory Session:

We'll start with a consultation either in person or by telephone/Skype whereby I take you through the exact programme and let you know what you can expect to receive over the next twelve months. This is also a great opportunity for us to get to know one another better: you’ll hear first-hand a bit more about my personal journey to weight loss – so you’ll fully appreciate I’ve been there and done it – and more importantly we can identify and clarify your own personal weight loss challenges.

During our first telephone conversation, I’ll also take you through the full application process and we’ll also set the ground rules. The ground rules are important: you’ll know exactly what to expect from me and similarly I’ll know what I can expect from you. There will be some legal stuff to complete (to protect you and me).

2) The 10 Fundamentals Session:

What makes my weight-loss coaching unique and will underpin your success is a proprietary session I call the “The 10 Fundamentals”. These are the 10 key commandments you must follow to guarantee your weight loss.

I call these "The 10 fundamentals" simply because they are the key to your success: 10 unique weight-loss principles borne from many years spent researching… refining… testing and developing. As such each one is very powerful – together all 10 are the foundation of your future weight-loss!

I will cover “The 10 Fundamentals” in detail when we speak, as well as send you a recorded presentation you can listen to or watch again and again, to ensure
they become a part of your everyday routine. Don’t worry, they are very easy to follow and we’ll keep revising and revisiting these principles throughout our
time together.

3) Action Plan Session:

This is the really exciting bit! After I’ve covered the core weight-loss principles, we will then agree and put together your action plan. This is specific to you, your body and your weight loss goals. The Action Plan will keep you focused, on track and we’ll refer back to this document time and time again, so it’s important we spend time on this and we’ll do this at the end of this session.

Month Two

Module Two – Getting Focused:

A core part of my weight loss programme – and to be honest what truly helped in my success – is developing the right mind-set. So in Month two we get focus on adopting an attitude for success.

Healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle are all about forming the right habits and making beneficial choices. However what often holds us back is that we are not operating with the right outlook or belief – the constant negativity about ourselves, or what I call the “mind chatter”, often stops us from getting to where we want to be. 
 
  • Mindslides Session:

I can’t emphasise how important your attitude and philosophy about food is. I speak from experience when I say that having the right mind-set will be key: it’s the foundation of your weight loss success. Get your mind-set right and the rest will follow.

In Module 2 we will spend a session working through the “mindslides”: a core and unique part of my coaching programme where we will cover my “Mind Diet” strategy for weight loss.

What you think is just as important as what you eat. So if you want to change what you think about yourself, you need to change your thought patterns. In this telephone session I will share with you some very powerful but very easy to apply psychological principles.

Ongoing Support Sessions

  • 10 x Call-In to Weigh-In Sessions

It’s important we measure and maintain your weight loss. So having now agreed upon an action plan and weight loss goal – and having also given you a practical overview of my core weight loss principles – we need to ensure you are losing that weight!

So every 5 weeks we will “call-in to weigh-in”. We will get together on the phone (or via Skype) and check-in on how you are doing. It’s as simple as that: every 5 weeks we will measure and monitor your weight loss, and if needed re-group and re-focus our efforts.

In between our weigh-in sessions you will also receive unlimited access to me by telephone and email. This is exclusive and only available as part of my Platinum Weight Loss Coaching Programme.
