The InsideOut Cleanse
Centre is a self-care centre in Makrygialos, Greece providing
tailored detox programs in colon cleansing and juice fasting.
What makes the Centre unique is that it will be the first of its kind in Greece.
Set within stunning surroundings of olive groves and kiwi orchards, coupled with archaeological and cultural appeal – it is destined to become the place of choice to relax, reflect and most importantly for guests to greatly improve their health and wellbeing.
As well as detox therapy, guests can also benefit from relaxing in the spa area, or swimming a few lengths in the 'lap' pool. There will also be the opportunity to work off any tension in the fully equipped gym – or to take advantage of a massage session or use of the Sauna and Turkish bath.
InsideOut Cleanse will provide a holistic approach to health and fitness, helping their guests feel and look better: both on the inside and out.
