Simply put her expert guidance and advice is based upon her own experiences. Yasmin’s been there, done it and knows exactly what you are going through.
Yasmin has a background in dance (Ballet and Contemporary), Pilates, Alexander Technique training and is an expert “Yogalates” instructor (a combination of Yoga and Pilates).
When Yasmin decided to lose weight it was an intimate life changing journey of self-discovery through reflection and research aided by Detoxification and Colema's* (Unassisted colonic's*).
The result: not only did Yasmin lose 6 stone in 18 months, she has now developed a very practical and personalised approach to weight-loss that when applied, works!
Yasmin has a very different take on how to lose weight and feel great. It’s not just about what you eat – just as important is what you think. Yasmin refers to it as a ‘mind diet’ to rid oneself of 'mind chatter' : the bad thoughts we have about ourselves and the constant excuses we give ourselves to keep on making poor choices. The Holistic approach looks at the 'Whole' meaning how you think leads to how you act and choices you make = lifestyle!
“Change how you think, will change how you feel. Changing how you feel will change what you do to become
the new you!" is Yasmin’s mantra.
Yasmin works with a diverse range of clients and of every shape and size. As a trained dancer and fitness instructor, Yasmin also helps professionals in the entertainment and sports industry.
